Terms & Conditions

  1. The customer will be rewarded with 1 POINT for every AED 5/- they spend and in multiplication of AED 5/- there above.
  2. For every 1000 POINTS a discount voucher of AED 50/- shall be issued which customer may use to get discount in their subsequent purchases
  3. Gift vouchers will have a validy of 90 days from date of redemption
  4. Encashment of gift voucher is not allowed.
  5. Loyalty Points will be calculated based on the purchase made by the customer from Hypermarket & Supermarket separately.
  6. SAJIDHA FAYIDA E-CARD must be produced whenever you avail the service/prior to billing.
  7. SAJIDHA FAYIDA E-CARD is not transferable.
  8. Purchase of Dairy ,Softdrink,Juice products,Cigarettes,Telephone Cards , Bakery items &Offer products are not included in the loyalty pogramme.
  9. The loyalty points will be calculated on the total amount exclusive VAT ,on products other than mentioned in point no.8 and the points will be notified in the bill and accumulated in the loyalty account of the customer.
  10. Sajidha FAYIDA E- Card will be the sole property of Sajidha Group-Kalba.
  11. Use of this card signifies acceptance of the terms and condition by the customer,under which the card is used by him/her.
  12. Loyalty members who have not purchased for more than one year will be automatically removed from the system
  13. The management has full authority to make amendments from time to time ,if deemed necessary.
